I would rate this service a 0 if it were an option. They sell gift cards, take the payment, and when issues arise and you seek their help, you receive no support at all. I was simply informed that they “cannot do anything.” How is this acceptable? How can a company with such high levels of customer dissatisfaction continue to operate? Most importantly, where does the money go if we are unable to use the gift card? This is entirely unacceptable and reflects a complete lack of accountability.
