It was very quick shipment, which I love! However, out of the 4 items I ordered, one of my Seamoss bottles came shattered bottle with the contents inside the box it came in. I reached out to True Seamoss and they responded quickly stating they would ship me a new Strawberry Seamoss bottle, which I was satisfied with. However, I received another email stating that they were not going to send out another bottle because they refunded my entire order. I did not receive any other notifications regarding a refund. I will wait a few days and see if my order was truly refunded.
