I'm beyond grateful for True Sea Moss. My blood pressure is almost completely in the normal range and my lab results has improved. Also I've changed my bad eating habits and I'm intake more water. Also I give it my kids about four times a week and I can actually say their immune system has improved over these few months. True Sea Moss is apart of my family's lifestyle.
For this being my first time, i was surprised, I love the apple and cinnamon, the only thing i had trouble with was opening it. had to soak it upside down in hot water to loosen the seal to open it
Refused the order and sent it back. Was told it hadn't been shipped yet. Received the shipment and was charged! Now they refused to refund me! How does a company like that keep my social security income without any product! Very bad customer service. I've been dealing with this for a couple of weeks. Very unhappy....

I experienced a recall situation with this company, and it’s been very challenging to secure a refund or return. Despite the company having all my order details (I have a subscription), they repeatedly requested additional photos and order numbers. It feels like this is done to create frustration and discourage customers from actually obtaining the replacement or refund. I’m extremely disappointed in both the service and the entire process, especially given this was a recall they initiated.
