This is the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth! No way anyone is saying this stuff tastes delicious!!!! You can barely swallow it at all and if you do manage to get the first spoonful down without vomiting you will NOT be able to get the second one down! It sits in the back of your throat all thick and gross and the flavor lasts through eating and drinking several items! I drank coffee, water, tea, sprite, ate yogurt, chicken, and a salad and even after putting all of that down my throat the sea moss overpowered and I could taste it still. I can not even find out if it will actually improve my health in any way, as I had truly hoped for, as I can NOT eat this crap!!!!!! I can force the first spoonful down. But once I put the second in my mouth I absolutely can NOT swallow it and I heave and end up throwing it up. Seriously this is the most horrible taste ever! Would like my money back but they don’t offer that. Might exchange your flavor, but even that seems to be impossible and I wouldn’t want to exchange! I tried two flavors and both are the same result! They can take this crap back and refund me!
