This is a good product, tastes great! However, I wish that they would add extra attention to the packaging process and add one or two ice packs for shipping items that are perishable.Some carriers/shippers, particularly the United States Post Office DO NOT MOVE packages quickly even if the packages are shipped in priority boxes and labeling. If people are taking the time to invest in the product, then True Sea Moss should ensure a better quality packaging process. People will pay extra for packaging that ensures they receive a quality product. Thinking that this may be my last order of the sea moss, it was a great run.
