I love the energy this gives me and the way my body feels- the problem I have is that it says to have 2 tablespoons a day and it’s a month by month subscription and there isn’t enough in the jar to make it that long before you need a refill. So I ended up getting the gummies but I don’t think they work as well.
My niece introduced my sister and I to seamoss, and their is no doubt that it gives you energy you never had before. It really helps my sister because she had a bariatric surgery and cannot eat that much but some things give her a bad stomach ache. Since she's been doing seamoss, it is like her stomach has healed. No more indigestion, heartburn etc. With myself, I feel better, like I am more balanced and able to get through the day without a nap. My sister is 60 and I am 71. It can really make a difference. I started it on August 4th and am still taking it. I like the Strawberry, Cherry and Seamoss Superfood.
