Visited for the first time today to collect a Uromastyx. A friendly welcome, great communication throughout the buying process. Took a look round the store, the animals are all super healthy, the vivariums clean and species appropriate. I will be returning, couldn’t praise more highly.

The owner is extremely knowledgeable about reptiles, super patient and gives great advice on husbandry. Whenever I am boarding my leopard gecko, she's always well taken care of. Recurring staple feed delivery via their website is extremely convenient.
10/10 - a hidden gem for reptile or exotic animal lovers !I can't say enough good things about this shop !.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine friendliness and enthusiasm. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable - not just about reptiles, but also about proper care and nutrition and habitat setup.What really stood out for me is that he is not just interested in making the sale. He took time to ask about experience level and gave honest advice, even steering me away from certain animals he thought were not beginner-friendly. You can tell he truly cares about the animals and wants them to go to the right homes.the shop itself is clean, well organised and full of healthy, well cared for animals and supplies.Whether you're a first-time keeper or a season herper, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll absolutely be going back👍👍👍
Dylan is a wealth of knowledge, a true breath of fresh air in the reptile community. We always get a lovely warm reception when in the store and all the critters are kept in clean, bright and spacious vivariums. We have purchased various insects, spiders and other bits from Bermondsey exotics and all are doing so well. We have also used the holiday boarding service which was 5 star. It's so lovely and convenient to have a reptile shop closer to home, keep up the great work.
