Customer service is Garbage
I am currently sitting waiting for these clowns to answer the phone. I look at my call timer and I see I have now been waiting for 1 hour and 37 minutes and the still haven’t answered.
This is not a one off experience either. I have had cause to ring them 3 times in the last couple of weeks and the call time on each of them was over 50 minutes.
The thing is Truespeed know this is happening and are doing nothing to rectify the situation. So from that you can deduct that they obviously do not care a jot about customers or customer service. I am going to cancel
My account when I eventually get through and move to another provider.
