I would give zero stars. I ordered a sweatshirt from Truestarry and although their tracking shows it was delivered 1/22/26, I never got it. They have given me the run around about refunding my money, trying to tell me it’s the post office’s fault. Except they use courier tracking. I think this is a scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROMTHEM! I’ll be reporting to BBB as well
