I recently bought slippers and had great communication with the seller initially. However, the delivery company left the parcel outside without waiting for someone to answer the door. The slippers never arrived, and the buyer protection from the service was ineffective in resolving the lost parcel. The investigation did not clarify where the parcel was left, and I’m disappointed that the service did not offer a refund or a satisfactory solution. This experience has left me feeling unfairly treated.
