I sent a box of items and was offered a very low amount, which I rejected. They returned my items, but the travel clock was damaged, and the swans were also harmed during handling. After I complained and sent photos, the service admitted fault and offered a small amount for the damages. I'm outraged that they valued my items so poorly and returned them in a damaged state. I expected better treatment and conditions for my items.
The concept of the service is solid, but there's one major issue. When a buyer purchases something, they should be responsible for picking it up. Sellers put in a lot of effort to package and ship items. If a buyer gives a valid reason for not picking up, that’s different, but sometimes buyers cancel after purchase and don’t collect the item. It's unreasonable to refund them without consequences. This needs to change immediately to protect sellers.

After sending the package, it was returned with fake items inside. I recorded the opening of the package to show I didn't tamper with it. Many emails later, and I feel like I've lost significantly. This company is terrible; avoid it at all costs. I bought a jacket that didn't fit, and the seller refused to accept a return. Despite my multiple requests not to pay the seller, they did anyway. The service shows no regard for customer support. Stay away.
