After cancelling via phone and email I was sent a email stating that my subscription had ended. The company continued to charge me monthly under a different name to truGym.Now I have tried to reclaim my membership fees they are saying this can only be done by head office and head office does not contact me. I have been forced to pay money myself to take legal action against the company.I have never used the facilities once but they owe me almost £1000
