The sauna's ceiling is peeling and the debris is left on the floor near the seating area. The ongoing issue with flies even extends to the lockers. The boiler frequently malfunctions, impacting the pool, heating, and showers. The manager is rarely available to address concerns, and when present, their response is to suggest leaving if unsatisfied. While the classes are enjoyable and the atmosphere is generally positive, the facility itself leaves much to be desired.
It's absolutely absurd that a monthly subscription can be canceled only on the exact day of the call to terminate it. For instance, if the month runs from the 10th to the 10th, and you call on the 2nd, your membership ends immediately. There is no customer service to speak of, merely a repetition of rules, even when the staff member acknowledged the unfairness of this policy.

The only minor downside is that some individuals occupy machines with their phones, which can be frustrating. I truly don't understand the negative feedback online; many seem to stem from misunderstandings of membership terms. My advice is to read the contract thoroughly. Overall, I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to train hard or simply unwind.
