If you get hearing aides from this company, you better hope the product is the correct one - even if the incorrect model you purchased was the one their rep told you to get. They do NOT offer any reimbursement, exchange or offer any help whatsoever. I now have no choice but to go to my state's attorney general's office with a complaint. Don't make my mistake!
