I ordered the Truly Office Family Lifetime License and followed their directions, entering my activation code. That took me to a store where they wanted me to buy it again. No one answers their phone. It goes straight to voice mail. They list 2 emails: one was rejected and no response from the other. The address they list is a store front listing someone else’s agency. This is a scam. There was no Physical Activation Card” inside the packet.After contacting Amazon, where I bought it, I did hear from their support team with another access link to a down load. Their Word equivalent has frozen up but Slides and numbers seem to be working.
