Stay away from Trunki products. We bought an Trunki small scooter for my 3 years old boy and after 3/4 months the steering spring broke and the scooter couldn't be used anymore. We went to Halfords and ask for the scooter to be fixed but as THERE ISN'T ANY SPARE PARTS so the scooter couldn't be repaired. We had to go and made complaints to customers service to have the scooter replaced as it still was under the warranty. We had the new Trunki scooter but on this one as well after 3 months of use the spring broken again which made me think that there is a quality issue. Unfortunately they are refusing to replace or refund the scooter as the warranty runs out. Also they are blaming my son of forcing the spring and thats why the spring broke which isn't possible as the design of the scooter doesn't allow you to turn and force the spring more than you should even if you want to do it on purpose.
