I contacted the Australian Better Business bureaub equivalent as well as the one here in the States. My bank is investigating them now as well, also. They shouldn't be allowed to conduct ANY kind of business.

Don’t buy anything from Trunki seat cover please because I bought seats cover but unfortunately I choose black and red color but they sends totally different think.very disappointed even in website they provide number but it doesn’t work.
Stay away from Trunki products. We bought an Trunki small scooter for my 3 years old boy and after 3/4 months the steering spring broke and the scooter couldn't be used anymore. We went to Halfords and ask for the scooter to be fixed but as THERE ISN'T ANY SPARE PARTS so the scooter couldn't be repaired. We had to go and made complaints to customers service to have the scooter replaced as it still was under the warranty. We had the new Trunki scooter but on this one as well after 3 months of use the spring broken again which made me think that there is a quality issue. Unfortunately they are refusing to replace or refund the scooter as the warranty runs out.Also they are blaming my son of forcing the spring and thats why the spring broke which isn't possible as the design of the scooter doesn't allow you to turn and force the spring more than you should even if you want to do it on purpose.
We purchased a Trunki Boostapak car seat In Feb this year but recently noticed that the handle on the right side which is joined by screws has started coming off an has developed a gap. We subsequently contacted the customer service rep who advised that they do not offer any guarantee on Boostapak. So essentially we are stuck with a faulty car seat which we don't feel is well made and possibly unsafe as well..This car seat is quite uncomfortable and has very little padding..It's definitely overpriced and overrated!!
