We purchased a Trunki Boostapak car seat In Feb this year but recently noticed that the handle on the right side which is joined by screws has started coming off an has developed a gap. We subsequently contacted the customer service rep who advised that they do not offer any guarantee on Boostapak. So essentially we are stuck with a faulty car seat which we don't feel is well made and possibly unsafe as well..This car seat is quite uncomfortable and has very little padding..It's definitely overpriced and overrated!!
