This is certainly not the company you want to work with. If you're in a tough situation, they will jeopardize your business without any care. They keep asking for more photos and videos after you've already submitted them. I've been stranded for over two weeks now. I was directed to a specific repair shop, which I also do not recommend. What could have cost $3,500 at another shop has now cost me weeks without income, and they are trying to charge me over $3,000 for something that should only cost $700. Their lack of concern is alarming, and I may face bankruptcy soon due to their practices. I want to warn others to prevent this from happening to them.
