On 9/20/24, while navigating a one-lane construction zone without any emergency pull-off, my vehicle signaled low coolant levels, followed by a stop engine warning. I couldn’t stop until I exited the highway at a truck stop without service facilities. I added coolant, which resolved the warning lights, then proceeded to a shop for diagnosis. They confirmed a water pump leak but do not accept this warranty. I was referred to a dealership, but they couldn’t see my truck for days. I ended up sleeping in my truck. Despite the warning lights being off, my claim was only approved for parts because they claimed the truck was in operation with lights on, which is untrue. Both shops can confirm there were no active warnings during operation. They refuse to cover the full repair costs.
