Do not recommend, claim denied! I purchased a policy for my puppy, and just a week later he fell ill after eating something inappropriate. They classified this as an 'injury,' yet my claim was rejected because of a 30-day waiting period for illnesses. They didn't even take the time to investigate the situation, which they acknowledged. Our pets are family, and I wouldn't want to work with an insurance provider that either neglects their responsibilities or looks for excuses to deny claims. We seek insurance for reassurance, and this service did not deliver that. Perhaps a name change is in order.
