Terrible service! Absolutely unacceptable. I will keep posting negative reviews. They owe me a credit of $125, but mistakenly refunded another customer's card. They admit their mistake but refuse to fix it. The support team is rude and even threatens to cancel your policy. They know they have the upper hand, using the threat of policy cancellation as a way to silence you.
