We forgot to remove our puppy off of Trupanion coverage (about a year ago) and needed to change payment from a credit card to bank account. Lisa helped me out over the phone on how to change payment type. I asked her to not worry about reimbursing us and she gave us back pay for 60 days. Very considerate!
