I have been with trupanion for almost 5 years and since last two years added my second cat to it. Touchwood I have never needed them. Every year they have increased the fee which I was fine with till I thought they would actually cover the cost when I actually need them but guess what? Today is that unfortunate day- The cost of the treatment is slightly above 1k and you know what they covered??? 184.94.
As soon as I walk out of the ER today - m canceling my insurance.
