Impossible to get any live person on the phone to discuss the trust I paid a lot of money for. Called several times. Had to leave messages so they can call back at their convenience instead of your (my convenience). Can only chat with an AI bot to get anything done and that's a mess. Finally sent another email indicating how unhappy I was with the service and was told they will cancel and refund my money. I guess doing legal documents online that are this important, isn't such a great idea after all. All they had to do was answer the phone for a simple question and that would've taken care of it. Instead, 2.5 weeks later, that's it. What a colossal waste of my time and energy. I would NOT recommend this company for anything whatsoever. Remember, their lawyers and ONLY care about billable hours and how much money they can make. This is proof of that. Don't kid yourself thinking any attorney is concerned about you at all. Remember, they have to pay a lot of money for advertising.
