This is an excellent tool I utilized in 2025 to create a will for my family, especially with two young children. It was very straightforward to use, and the instructions for making it legally binding were clear. I mistakenly stayed in pay mode after completing my main tasks and was charged the $19 annual fee. However, when I reached out to explain my error, the support team promptly issued a refund. Overall, this is a fantastic product complemented by exceptional customer support, making the experience truly enjoyable.
I started to provide my will information after paying the appropriate fee. I was able to input 6-7 accounts and respective information. Then things took a turn for the worse. The app(workflow) ended the account setup section and required me to proceed to the Guardian section. I was unable to return to the accounts section even with help from the chatbot followed by a chat person. Not a seamless experience. I gave up and requested a refund of my payment for the will preparation.One good thing - the chat person made the refund easy.
I so appreciate how easy and user-friendly the folks at Trust & Will have made this process. I have been dreading and putting off creating a trust and will for a looong time! Was just able to knock out the basics of a trust which I can go back and add to later in about 20 min.
I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!My husband died unexpectedly and I have heart failure due to unforseen circumstances. We have a 20 year old son and I came across this wonderful solution to protecting our hard earned belongings from in-laws for our son. They are kind, their attorney support is superb, so wonderful I am paying for two years. Everything is explained, they are patient, professional and DO NOT make you wait five years for your trust to go active like my poor neighbor says her did. Once your trust is signed it is active!!! I’m in my 30s and realized I didn’t have anything in place to care for my wife and kids if something unexpected happened to me. I was nervous about the logistics, time, and cost of setting up a trust or will—and honestly wasn’t even sure what the process involved.But Trust & Will was incredible. Impossible to get any live person on the phone to discuss the trust I paid a lot of money for. Called several times. Had to leave messages so they can call back at their convenience instead of your (my convenience). Can only chat with an AI bot to get anything done and that's a mess. Finally sent another email indicating how unhappy I was with the service and was told they will cancel and refund my money. I guess doing legal documents online that are this important, isn't such a great idea after all. All they had to do was answer the phone for a simple question and that would've taken care of it. Instead, 2.5 weeks later, that's it. What a colossal waste of my time and energy. I would NOT recommend this company for anything whatsoever. Remember, their lawyers and ONLY care about billable hours and how much money they can make. This is proof of that. Don't kid yourself thinking any attorney is concerned about you at all. Remember, they have to pay a lot of money for advertising.
Very unhappy. A waste of time and money. The initial $400 only starts the meter running, doesn't actually produce any final product. Information required before completing anything is not explained before the "meter" starts. I tried to form a family trust; I lead a very busy lifestyle; collecting all the information necessary took time; when I finally got back to continue the process, I found the initial $400 only gives you the privilege of using T&W's website, which only wants to charge you more to actually complete any steps. I call this a bait and switch and making things so complicated and slow that ensures no refund; 30 days is not enough time to figure things out, especially for busy people like me. I want to complain to whatever authorities have jurisdiction, but I don't know who that is.
Our experience was great. It costs 300.00 took us about 2 hours to go thru all the documents. Just need to go to bank and get notarized. I feel so much better with a peace of mind, huge stresser off my back. I trust and will spread the word to family and friends. Thank you
