Very unhappy. A waste of time and money. The initial $400 only starts the meter running, doesn't actually produce any final product. Information required before completing anything is not explained before the "meter" starts. I tried to form a family trust; I lead a very busy lifestyle; collecting all the information necessary took time; when I finally got back to continue the process, I found the initial $400 only gives you the privilege of using T&W's website, which only wants to charge you more to actually complete any steps. I call this a bait and switch and making things so complicated and slow that ensures no refund; 30 days is not enough time to figure things out, especially for busy people like me. I want to complain to whatever authorities have jurisdiction, but I don't know who that is.
