My husband is in the last few weeks of his battle with colin cancer. We ordered his casket in preparation. Our casket was rerouted mistakenly so the funeral home received the wrong product. But when I called to get it resolved, they already knew about the problem and were working on it. It was on it's way to us the next day. They were so easy to work with. It only took 1 phonecall.
