We used TrustedHousesitters (oh, the irony of the name) two years ago, and I have not been able to cancel my membership despite multiple contacts and multiple promises. Just today, they told me that they couldn't do anything about the fact that they had again charged me and suggested that I dispute it with the bank, which I have done... But I did that last year. So now I have to do this every year? Disgusting.
