I responded to the slick video ads and what looked like a professional website. The 15% discount on first orders. Many of the images showed very good quality jerseys. That is where the illusion ends. As soon as you hit the pay button, you are in the dark. There is no email confirmation, and any tracking is buried in their website, hard to find. My two items showed up, neither one as advertised. One jersey had two different colors of green; the sleeves and body did not match. The windbreaker description said "Embroidered shield" and it was an iron-on. I asked how to return because of their 30-day return policy. I was asked to provide them with the same information 3 times. They sent a screen shot of a different company's return policy, saying they did not accept returns because international shipping is expensive. I repeatedly asked them to honor their policy and they would send another irrelevant information request. They never acknowledged the 30-day return policy clearly listed on their site. Their last email said "we cannot do anything about 'custom made' clothing, you can resell." It too three weeks for the shipment to arrive (reasonable) followed by two weeks of stringing me along. The lesson here is to order from so called "Trusted" Jersey at your own risk. Once you pay you are at their mercy and you have no recourse.
