Since it seems that your company is handling payments , and therefore refunds, from Easycosmetic.de, I'll leave you the same review I left for them :I ordered for 205 EUR on Dec.24th on Easycosmetic.de, and cancelled the order 2 days later, on the 26th, via the "cancellation" button on their website.A pop-up showed immediately, saying that I would be refunded 3 days later.I haven't received any confirmation email that the order has been cancelled, nor have I received any refund. Emailed them, no reply other than their automatic BS response.Opened a dispute on Paypal. Send 2 messages via their message system, to no avail.1st and last time ordering from them.Update 31/12 : Had to escalate the situation to Paypal, since Easycosmetic is ignoring me. Several days have passed, the supposed 3 working days have passed, and they haven't even initiated the refund.In the meantime, I have received 2 refunds from another website, and they had been requested later then yours.I tried to send an email to info AT trustedservices.de, which is the contact email mentioned on your website, and got "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" response ...And all of a sudden, just after my negative review, Trustpilot is flooded with "positive reviews" for Easycosmetic, nearly all from new members with 1 review ... Scammers.
