We bought some products using and paid for trusted shops "protection" but even when the pacakge is delivered to the wrong adress, and there is clear photo pictures of the delivery, and how it was placed at a door 8 doors away from mine.. there aparently is nothing they can do?
I spoken to the delivery company who wrongly delivered it and even they say sorry and that the package is wrongly delivered, yet there is no help, even if i tried for weeks to solve this...
I must say i am amazed companies like this even get to exist... this is a total scam...

⚠️ Warning: Hidden subscription trapI had a very disappointing experience with this website. They appear to enroll users in expensive recurring subscriptions without clear consent. I never intentionally subscribed to anything, yet I was charged a significant amount of money.All payments were processed via PayPal, but unfortunately PayPal was not willing to help resolve the issue or recover the money.I contacted the website’s customer support to sort this out, but they were unhelpful and refused to provide a solution or refund. In the end, I lost my money with no proper explanation.Monitor your account closely to avoid unexpected charges.
Since it seems that your company is handling payments , and therefore refunds, from Easycosmetic.de, I'll leave you the same review I left for them :I ordered for 205 EUR on Dec.24th on Easycosmetic.de, and cancelled the order 2 days later, on the 26th, via the "cancellation" button on their website.A pop-up showed immediately, saying that I would be refunded 3 days later.I haven't received any confirmation email that the order has been cancelled, nor have I received any refund. Emailed them, no reply other than their automatic BS response.Opened a dispute on Paypal. Send 2 messages via their message system, to no avail.1st and last time ordering from them.Update 31/12 : Had to escalate the situation to Paypal, since Easycosmetic is ignoring me. Several days have passed, the supposed 3 working days have passed, and they haven't even initiated the refund.In the meantime, I have received 2 refunds from another website, and they had been requested later then yours.I tried to send an email to info AT trustedservices.de, which is the contact email mentioned on your website, and got "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" response ...And all of a sudden, just after my negative review, Trustpilot is flooded with "positive reviews" for Easycosmetic, nearly all from new members with 1 review ... Scammers.
🏴 Damages incurred within the insurance period are not disputed, but no support whatsoever is offered. Customer service simply says, "You're just out of luck." If you ask to speak to a supervisor or team leader, they simply hang up, this is absolutely no customer service!🇩🇪Ein Schaden der innerhalb der entstandenen versicherten Zeitraum entstanden ist, wird nicht aberkannt, es wird keine Hilfe geboten, Kundenservice sagt „man hat eben Pech gehabt“… Wenn man nach einem Supervisor oder Teamleitung fragt wird einfach aufgelegt, das ist überhaupt kein Kundenservice!!!!
Warranty TS2C-1940192651Case of non reimbursement from Petrone online pharma shop. Warranty started 2 weeks before its expiration, now it has expired. I have been bounced by an assistant and the shop itself which has provided FAKE reimbursement documents. Still no money back, Trusted shops seems to be a pretty inert organization that does not really protect you from anything.REPLY TO THE SHOP: I have sent you proof of payment that shows clearly that PAYPAL has never been involved in this. You once again rely and cover fully the shop, leaving the customer with 0 protection.
