Very interesting how this website operates.So, at the time of writing this, I just filled review for a company product, mattress company that uses TrustedShops.de as review system. Mattresses costed me 2500 EUR and delivery arrived in very dirty, torn and ugly looking carton boxes.Now here is the interesting part, right after completing the feedback, agent from the mattress company called me to ask more about the issue, and mentioned me to remove the 1 star review, offering coupons and excusing him self, good.And the interesting part is, so company saw the review, but i cant see the review posted on their website yet, which means Trusted Shops have option for companies to remove feedback they dont like.But here they cant lol, so Trusted Shops is no more trusted?
