We bought some products using and paid for trusted shops "protection" but even when the pacakge is delivered to the wrong adress, and there is clear photo pictures of the delivery, and how it was placed at a door 8 doors away from mine.. there aparently is nothing they can do?
I spoken to the delivery company who wrongly delivered it and even they say sorry and that the package is wrongly delivered, yet there is no help, even if i tried for weeks to solve this...
I must say i am amazed companies like this even get to exist... this is a total scam...
