We had a very bad experience with Trusted Translations®. My wife had a USCIS appointment that was canceled, and she informed the company in advance that an interpreter was no longer needed and requested a refund of the $340 fee. Unfortunately, they refused to return any of the money. They simply kept the full amount without offering any partial refund or reasonable solution.
We feel this was unfair and dishonest. Please be careful before hiring this company for immigration-related services. Based on our experience, they are not transparent or customer-friendly
