"Please use your mobile to verify your identity – it’s much faster" - Much faster than refusing to let me do it literally any other way?Then the button to upload the image of my documents just... doesn't work for 30-60 seconds, and then it does, for no apparent reason.Then I get sent back to the beginning for, again, no apparent reason.Then, having laboured to upload my documents, the next "check could not be initialized" - again, with no explanation. Is it my device? My internet connection? My documents? Your servers?Utterly, infuriatingly useless.
