I purchased a product from Trusti Metrix on 20/12/24. By the afternoon of that day I was contacted on the phone by James who politely introduced himself and advised that my order was being sent by RM, next day, special delivery. This was very reasurring as I was worried that i may not be available to receive it or there'd be a delay due to royal mail Christmas shut down. I needn't of worried. It arrived next day, on my birthday 😀 which was an added bonus. It was well packaged and within stated time. I later realised I'd made a mistake, paying with the wrong card. James at Trusti Metrix was very patient and understanding and quickly worked to offer a solution I was happy with. He also answered questions i emailed regarding the unit fairly quickly. The customer service received is second to none, as is the aftersales service. I've no doubt if I need to contact Trusti Metrix regarding my purchase they will continue to provide first class support for any queries or issues I may have in the future.
