I've just got my car delivered today. Mr.Louis walked me through the whole process. I didn't even have to worry about scheduling the pickup time and drop off times. Louis got everything taken care of with the dealership and my sister at home who received the car.
Had a set price and contract with one of their reps for a week before the vehicle was supposed to be picked up. Called me the night before and told me they couldn't do the job for the price we agreed on. Got a new contract higher than the original price and then nobody shows up and they tell me the trailer broke but they could get another driver for the next day at yet a higher price. The New Driver never shows up and I call the driver's number and it's the same voicemail as the sales rep? Rep then contacted me saying they had a flat tire and I could get yet another driver or a refund. I asked for a refund ASAP with an email to verify. That never happened either so I filed it as fraud with my credit card company. Clearly these are scammers, NEVER USE THEM AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO USE THEM EITHER.
