I always survey with the truth - always - but on a couple of times I have had comments back from where I have written the survey telling of my experience which has not been good and the owner of the business has made me out to be a liar with a reply which has been a made up version of what we had experienced. I have not done surveys for some time now as I feel that there seems no point unless you are praising the business concerned.
