Hello again, this is a follow up review on Military 1st who are based in the UK not Australia. They have an Australian Web address however this is just window dressing. Not based in Australia in anyway. Firstly they choose terrible courier services to transport packages to you,secondly they always have an answer to everything that goes wrong, except these excuses seemed to be scripted,never offering a solution to problems. They just say wait and see,it's on its way, even when evidence is forthcoming from their courier services, Customs that the package is missing. Refunds for lost items are not offered even if item won't arrive. They ignore Consumer Laws and have been notified to the Australian Consumer Watchdog the ACCC who are investigating. Military 1st are very dismissive of your concerns and never once has a member of their management team contacted me in regards to these issues. They advertise their products as being expedited quickly and parcels should be received within 6 business days,however I understand that with covid and lockdowns happening that this may delay packages. My issue here are that Military 1st hasn't changed its delivery Outlook and adjusted this. When it's been a month since the original order date, the item becomes lost,the actual delivery service cannot find or forward your paid for item, the report investigating the lost package says the sender,Military 1st must look into the problem,well the problem here now is that Military 1st won't look into the issue, they just remain silent, waiting for something to eventually happen. No apology, no call from management, no reissued parcel to replace lost product, and absolutely no refund. Do you as a consumer want this lack of service? I have purchased from Military 1st many times and sadly they appear to be becoming a lack luster,out of touch company that doesn't follow any Consumer Laws and moral compas. SAD really. Upsetting and I have lost complete confidence in their company...You can be the judge of them if you dare to order with them.
