Think before you pbone them …

The companys name is District Drain Solutions Ringwood Hampshire I called this company because both my upstairs and downstairs toilet s were blocked the guys turned up and i pionted to what i thought was the main sewer manhole on my drive,the block paving that was fitted in the cover has been in there for at least 7 years so they tried the handles each end but they both broke so they had to break the block paving blocks so gain access anyway they started using a high pressure hose to wash it through I would have thought being professional they would have known this was not a sewer maiin manhole they then tried to get rid of the blockage by drilling into the ports of the toilet stack and found nothing wrong so ghey plugged them and left i think they thought that they had done the job My wife went in the bathroom and flushed tbe toilet and it was still blocked So i phoned there office and they returned about 35 mins later they putthere high pressure hose down the downstairs toilet and flushed it through then they went to the van a got there camera and put that down showing me it was clear i said it was the upstairs that was blocked and the guy said it cod be vacume and continued to pressure wash the downstairs toilet He then said that that he was sorry for the damage to the toilet bowl caused by his high pressure hose They charged me £386 pounds cor this service now they dont want to come back and repair the damage there charges are extortionate So i feel they should come back and repair the damage My wife and i are OAPs and can ill afford these charges and i would say to to anyone using them be warned Oh yes jts coet me £70.00 to put the drain right on my drive Bernard Hill

Is Clent Hills vet Watt Close out of control?

Is Clent Hills vet Watt Close Bromsgrove the most outrageous practice for over charging? We took our lovely old cat there, knowing little could be done for her.The vet was quick to confirm this and we agreed to euthanasia. Very good. We were there all of 20 minutes but the cost. £49 for consultation and a huge outragious £104.26 for the euthanasia. to put this in perspective I get £179 a WEEK pension and that is now lost. Something must be done to control these people. No wonder animals are left to suffer.

Military 1st update...

Hello again, this is a follow up review on Military 1st who are based in the UK not Australia. They have an Australian Web address however this is just window dressing. Not based in Australia in anyway. Firstly they choose terrible courier services to transport packages to you,secondly they always have an answer to everything that goes wrong, except these excuses seemed to be scripted,never offering a solution to problems. They just say wait and see,it's on its way, even when evidence is forthcoming from their courier services, Customs that the package is missing. Refunds for lost items are not offered even if item won't arrive. They ignore Consumer Laws and have been notified to the Australian Consumer Watchdog the ACCC who are investigating. Military 1st are very dismissive of your concerns and never once has a member of their management team contacted me in regards to these issues. They advertise their products as being expedited quickly and parcels should be received within 6 business days,however I understand that with covid and lockdowns happening that this may delay packages. My issue here are that Military 1st hasn't changed its delivery Outlook and adjusted this. When it's been a month since the original order date, the item becomes lost,the actual delivery service cannot find or forward your paid for item, the report investigating the lost package says the sender,Military 1st must look into the problem,well the problem here now is that Military 1st won't look into the issue, they just remain silent, waiting for something to eventually happen. No apology, no call from management, no reissued parcel to replace lost product, and absolutely no refund. Do you as a consumer want this lack of service? I have purchased from Military 1st many times and sadly they appear to be becoming a lack luster,out of touch company that doesn't follow any Consumer Laws and moral compas. SAD really. Upsetting and I have lost complete confidence in their company...You can be the judge of them if you dare to order with them. AVOID this vets in about the 12/10/2019 had had the heartbreak to have my Shelly German shepherd put to sleep back legs they DID THE JOB my Shelly laid dead on the floor there was NO words of comfort from the staff just pay the bill. SO COLD UNCARING how I was feeling As i felt just murdered my best friend I got a new puppy 1 April took i to this vet were i paid for a six mouth puppy plan Frist injection then the 2 worming and flea for six mouths they did the first injection after some time i did not get a text to say he needed 2 injection. It was all my fault as for the puppys they do not text i made an appointment on the day they rang in the morning if i could come in a bit later ok i could no get in to my new car the battery was Lowe as not being used got on my way got a phone call to tell i was late could not fit me in now l went to there old surgery i spoke to a lovely lady she was a ex owner she seemed surprised about not sending a reminder TEXT yes i maid a fuss so got the puppy 2 gab but no worming or flea tablet i have paid for in the six mouth Puppy Pack.
