10 year customer, very bad internet. if you want to play games like LoL,Rust,Tekken,CS2, watch a stream, or anything internet related do not sign with them. called 5 years ago for a new modem but was locked into a deal and they sent 2 of those portable ones you connect in your room which connect to wifi/ethernet but ethernet is not giving the same as it would be connected to the actual modem.. also do not fall for their scam deals with power. not worth in long run. will be going with someone else going forward

The internet is so incredibly slow and cuts out frequently - am changing now that my term has expired!

Trash Internet.

Really bad internet service, the the 300/100 plan, can barely get close to 150mbps, might as well just have got a lower plan from another provider an pay less, an yes my house line has the potential as I use to pay for a 1000mbps plan.

The worst company for power

The worst company for power, broadband and lpg I could've had. They never want to solve any problems, the call centre people are very sarcastic, they "laugh" at others issues.I had ordered 2x lpg bottles, when I though I was going to have both installed, they actually just took the old ones away and didn't install the new ones. Now hi have no hot water at home and they're saying I need to wait till 48hr to get the new bottles.This is ridiculous!! Never sign in for this company people, that's my advice.

Scam!

Rip off, scam company. I own a holiday home and was there 2 days last month.. $500 power bill!!!! The entire house was turned off. Will definitely be speaking to my lawyer about this. Can’t imagine how many struggling families don’t realise this company is ripping them off.

Dont go there 8 days and no gas

Dont go there 8 days and no gas, the person on the phone was rude. We had power and internet and were new to gas. Will be changing all our things to another company

Planned fault still occuring and power…

Planned fault still occuring and power has since not been turned back on. Contacted customer service rep all they could do was carry on asking me verify questions for over 5 mins highly dissapointed with the service will be moving elsewhere for power and recommending others do the same via this review.
