Absolutely shocking customer service lured us into signing a 24month contract offer us a tv and sound bar with in 12 to 15 days after signing over a month has been by rung and asked where the TV and sound bar is they said they will send a tracking number and will have to wait longer and also getting $500 bills which they told us they can make everything cheaper turns out its more expensive have now we are in the process of canceling the contract as we havnt received a TV or a sound bar going on nearly 2 months what a joke
