Currently have internet and electricity with this provider. Along with the internet we opted for the TV as an add on, and what a disappointment it has been. We moved into our home on and was activated on the 20th of June Since then we have just had the worst customer service. After being activated, we were told that we will get a tracking number for the TV as the delivery is separate to that of the modem for the internet. After a week we received an email confirming that we can expect tracking number. After numerous calls and two + weeks going buy, with promise of delivery by the 8th of July. No TV has arrived, each consultant saying something different. Yesterday after another call to them it was confirmed that we will only have a tracking number by the 3rd of August and from there it will take a minimum of two weeks or more before we get the TV. Not worth the money and honestly irritated that I will be being for something I do not have yet. This does not excite me for the service delivery going forward.We will therefore have to wait in total more than 2 months. BIG IF we get a tracking number!
