If I could put a lower rating I would.A door knocker talked me into signing up, right before dinner and getting the husband from work. I look at all the details once I get home and not impressed. Not a better deal than what I currently have and trying to cancel just two hours after he was at my door has been a nightmare.I read all these reviews and I wish I did before allowing him to talk me into anything. This company has "automated" text and emails and have been spammed all day saying my connection is being set up, my modem has been sent and all the jargon that goes along with it. I spent 40 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer, to no availabilitiy. I jump on the laptop to talk to someone on chat, and straight away within minutes someone is there to help and cancel. Today I have jumped online TWICE to ensure this is cancelled as I keep receiving texts and emails about my connections and a modem being sent. AFTER CANCELLING THIS SERVICEI've told them this is harassment and should be all cancelled. It's now 230pm and I've had another TEXT saying my order is on its way. They wish for me to send this modem back once I get it. More work for a pregnant chic to do after I cancelled LAST NIGHT. Apparently they can spend money on automating their texts and emails but can't stop a modem from being sent out...NOT IMPRESSED.
