Absolutely shocking customer service, moved into a new home and did not know we were with Trust Power. Received letter in post saying to get in touch. Signed up online to a provider only for trust to disconnect us and leave us without power (no gas in property). Rang to discuss and the woman just said...you aren't a customer so we have no interest in talking to you. Would never sign up to them and give them any money! Went with a competitor who were great!
