This online company try-spartan illegally takes money from people for products that have no effect. First, when you buy an item, it doesn't say anywhere on the checkout or have you click for subscription or auto/reorder, but they force you to watch a video because if you don't watch it, they will charge you twice, after that another video, only after 2 months do you get an email that your order has been sent even though I didn't order anything. I sent several emails, I never got any response about it, I went to the bank and stopped the payment and changed the credit card to another account, they took the money from my account again and sent another order. I have already sent several emails, and the last one was from my lawyer who gave me advice on how and what to do, if they don't respond within 48 hours everything will go to NETSAFE for investigation for illegal operation and illegal taking of money. Someone will pay big for this.
My advice is that you don't buy anything from them because you will have the same problems, I will not send emails anymore, I have accumulated enough evidence that I asked them to cancel my subscription, which I never clicked or selected. For the rest, whatever happens, they are guilty of their own actions...

What’s actually linked to this company
I found a complaint report that directly connects EVERYTHING you gave:
Same phone: +1 (213) 277-6464
Same website: try-spartan.com
Same email: support@try-spartan dot com
And importantly:
📍 Reported business address:
30 N Gould St, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA
⚠️ Why that address is a red flag
That specific address is very commonly used for “shell companies”.
👉 Meaning:
It’s often a virtual office / company registration address
Thousands of online businesses register there
It does NOT mean they physically operate from there
🚨 Real pattern (this is the key insight)
Across multiple sources:
People report:
Hidden subscriptions
Charges without clear consent
Difficult or impossible cancellation
No response from support
👉 Example complaint:
“They induce you to buy… subscription… difficult to cancel”
👉 Even mixed reviews mention:
“didn’t realise I was on a repeat order system”
🧠 What this tells you (very important)
You’re not alone — this follows a known business model called “negative option billing”:
They don’t clearly show subscription
Then charge later automatically
Make cancellation difficult or ignored
