I had an issue with my order, and I want to recognize Joan and Patrick from the SPARTAN support team for their outstanding customer service. They were extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire resolution process.
They handled everything efficiently and with great communication, which made a big difference. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a very positive experience because of their support.

I recently tried Spartan and did not realize I signed up for auto renewal. I contacted the company about the process and they were quick to respond with the explanation. JeAnne, Joey and Patrick were helpful in the process and helped in rearranging my subscription to fit my needs. Also, made sure I got to try another product on them for the confusion. I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR 2 MONTHS NOW AND HAIR IS GROWING. i HAD TAKEN THE BALD LOOK FOR SEVERAL MONTHS MAYBE CLOSE TO A YEAR. I ordered two items. It made my hair extremely dry, i stopped using it, contacted support for return. After multiple back and forth attempts over email(they have no other sort of support) JeAnne the support associate closed my case. So I have to start all over again not sure if it is on purpose. But they fight not to help you with a return. And the product i am not happy with it.
They also deliberately do not have a cancel subscription button. It prompted me to keep it and there is no button to proceed with cancelation
The initial response from Joan was almost immediate to my email, and promised that she would consider my request and get back to me. Later that same day, I received my reply and a satisfactory solution to my concern. This speaks highly for this company’s customer support.
So far it has been a very great experience with them. They are very easy to talked to and are always ready to help with any issues. Special thanks to Mhyca, Cecille & Glissonn for always answering my queries and giving the best solution that they can.
I placed an order on December 21st, and until today it had shown no movement. I sent an email requesting to cancel the purchase, and JeAnne reviewed the order, asked me for some missing information, and reactivated the shipment in a very short time.
I had a horrible experience with the final courier they use. The courier lost my package and was unresponsive to my email. Marinella, Joan, Diana & Mhyca From Spartan was very responsive and made everything good and sent me another cap with a different courier that's Replicable with a Partial refund.
