I ordered two items. It made my hair extremely dry, i stopped using it, contacted support for return. After multiple back and forth attempts over email(they have no other sort of support) JeAnne the support associate closed my case. So I have to start all over again not sure if it is on purpose. But they fight not to help you with a return. And the product i am not happy with it.
They also deliberately do not have a cancel subscription button. It prompted me to keep it and there is no button to proceed with cancelation
