Buyer beware. If I could give a negative 100 I would. Worst company ever. I wanted to order the shampoo to try it out. Next thing I know I’m watching a video how the shampoo doesn’t work as well unless it’s with the conditioner. You can’t go back or leave because the warning says if you do that, you’ll be charged double. No where to go but to order the conditioner. Then the next video is the shampoo/conditioner doesn’t work as well unless you get the Root gel or whatever it is. Again, don’t leave the video or you may be charged twice. I contacted support to cancel my order because it ended up being $238. They advertise 89.99 on the website. All is good when they said I’d be refunded and the charge will take 7-10 days to get back on the card. No problem. But then 2 days later I get an email that my order has shipped. I contacted them and they said, sorry the order has already shipped and we can’t refund anything. What a freaking SCAM. No communication between anyone that the order was cancelled with written documentation. What a joke. They did say I could return it. I asked for a return label, but nothing. Please be truly cautious if you order. This is why businesses fail because marketing ploys and no communication between anyone. I don’t care if the product works, I will never trust this company ever.
